MWC 2014 : Presented smartphones Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 and Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 Mini

The event MWC 2014 were presented smartphones Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 and Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 Mini. According to the manufacturer (brand Alcatel OneTouch owned by TCL), a “modern, slim and light, powerful and productive smartphones.”

Model Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 has a five-inch screen is an IPS 1280 x 720 and will be available in April or May at a price of 199 euros (version 3G) and 249 euros (LTE Category 4). Unit thickness of about 7.3 mm is running Google Android 4.3 (planned upgrade to Google Android 4.4 KitKat). Its basis is the quad-core processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz. Equipment includes a camera resolution of 8 and 1.3 megapixels.

Model Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 Mini is equipped with a display size of 4.5 inches qHD. It will be available in early March and will cost 169 euros (version 3G) and 209 euros (LTE). Unit thickness of about 8.5 mm is built on a quad-core processor that runs at 1.2 GHz running Google Android 4.3 (planned upgrade to Google Android 4.4 KitKat). Equipment includes a camera resolution of 8 and 2 megapixels.

Interestingly, the modification 3G received plastic housing, and modifications to support LTE – combination of metal and plastic. Both models support NFC. Each will be available in four colors.
