| October 29, 2016

iPhone 7 Plus has received two 12 megapixel camera, but different optics. A wide-angle lens (28 mm), the other – long-range (55 mm). So Apple has implemented in smartphone opportunity to take pictures with a small depth of field based on the depth map and the so-called “optical zoom”. However, this has already happened.

LG is equipped the dual camera flagship smartphone G5. There is one unit of 16 megapixel and the other – on the 8 megapixel. Viewing angles – 78º and 135º, respectively. Thus LG G5 can shoot “normal” photos and wide-angle. There is a optical zoom, which works on the same principle as in the iPhone 7 Plus, – by switching from one to another photo module.

Mini version of the flagship G5 had the same dual camera with PV modules by 16 megapixels and 8 megapixels, with the same capabilities.

LG X cam

Intermediate from LG is also equipped with dual camera. Like older brothers, LG X cam can shoot wide-angle photo of 120-degree camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels and “ordinary” – 13 megapixels with a viewing angle of 78º. Optical zoom is also there.

Huawei P9

Chinese Huawei technology giant came to the question of dual camera otherwise. In the flagship smartphone P9 one camera is built on the 12-megapixel the RGB-matrix, and the second – a 12-megapixel monochrome without a Bayer filter, and thus more photosensitive. When you release the shutter, the smartphone does just two shots and then combine them into one. It captures more light and, consequently, improving image quality. Huawei P9 also knows a lot about it, and like the iPhone 7 Plus is, is able to create it in real time in the preview mode. Cool? And by the way, Huawei P9 camera was set up in cooperation with the German company of the legendary LEICA.

Honor 8

In its newest sub-brand smartphone, Huawei used the same dual-chamber system, and Huawei P9. There are also two 12-megapixel photo module – one color, the other monochrome – and they have the same function. But LEICA here for whatever to do with it.

Xiaomi Redmi Pro

Chinese from Xiaomi also keep abreast of technology. Swinging on the pictures with beautiful as a DSLR with a sharp optics in Xiaomi Redmi Pro installed dual camera, which has a 13-megapixel photo module plays the role of main and 5-megapixel – a subsidiary responsible for the depth of field. What happens in the end, the Chinese called “dynamic depth of field” and “excellent bokeh DSLR-quality.”

ASUS Zenfone Zoom

Yes, there is only one camera, but she has a real, honest-zoom lens with a 3x optical zoom in a range of focal lengths from 28 to 84 mm. Resolution 13 MP, used a 10-element lens, Hoya Japan, which is composed of aspherical lenses and prisms. That’s really the camera down so the camera down!

LeEco Le 2

The Chinese company LeEco first in the world declined from 3.5-mm audio jack in LeEco Le 2 smartphone, relying on the USB interface Type-C. So the Chinese have a look at the audio section with a different perspective and suggested the world CDLA (Continual Digital Lossless Audio) standard, which, according to the manufacturer, eliminates distortion and loss of signal, because of the traditional DAC smartphone anymore. However, it should be in the headphones. Holders of ordinary headphones without DAC and conventional plug or have to use an adapter (audiophiles hi) portable amplifier.

LeEco Le Max 2

The flagship smartphone from LeEco, of course, also goes without audio jack adapter and comes with a USB Type-C on the mini-jack.

Moto Z

Another Chinese company Lenovo, which owns the brand Moto, also removed the audio jack of 3.5 mm. The flagship smartphone Moto Z brings the purest digital sound in the USB port Type-C. Further sound quality depends entirely on the headphones.

Moto Z Force

Moto Z Force with shatterproof screen ShatterShield also dispenses with audio.
